This place deserves negative stars. I will be reporting them as well. They have been mistreating our beloved family member, neglecting them and treating them horrible. None of the nurses take responsibility for their actions, and blame any wrong doing on the opposing shifts that are not there. Nothing has been done to fix the issues we had with them, instead they have gotten worse. The nurses here are just collecting an easy paycheck, not doin their jobs, and mistreating the residents anytime they actually have to do anything. Nurses are supposed to CARE for their patients and that is not being done here. I advise anyone who has family here to keep a close eye on them or install a camera to watch what is being done.
I was there for physical therapy after undergoing surgery. The staff were excellent. The meals were great for the most part & tasted more homemade than like institutional food. My only complaint was the condition of the physical therapy room. It definitely needed a thorough cleaning.
The staff tried to keep family informed so that was nice, however jewelry and personal items appeared to be missing.
