FOCUSED CARE AT PASADENA

I had a loved one stay temporary at Focus Care recently where the staff was very attentive and trustworthy and the care was good. You can tell the building is older, however, the staff maintains it very well. It is clean and smells good. The Administrator is very professional, easy to talk to and answered any questions I had. The new Director of Nursing was also professional and handled all my clinical questions and concerns in a timely manner.

My mom had a short stay at Focus Care at Pasadena. I found the staff was very nice and caring. Always professional and courteous. Ms.Caroline Sanchez was always available for me whenever I called her. The intake staff, Ms. Michelle, Ms. Angie, Ms. Nichole, and the head of the physical therapy, gave me all the information I needed to make the intake as smooth as possible. The facility is an open air setting very clean and bright. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a place for a love one.

My mother has been in this facility for several years. I have nothing but praise for the staff and overall quality of care that she receives. Nichole in particular has been so helpful on several occasions and unlike many people in today’s world she always does exactly what she promises. I am so impressed with her as she has always been so helpful when I had questions or problems that needed attention. I hope she will always be there to help us through when we need help.
