The administrator is so positive and helpful. She is very approachable and always has time for her residents and staff.

If I could give this facility NEGATIVE stars I would! It is true like others have said the staff leave the patients lying in their waste!.I have made the appointment complaints to who I need to..They mock you and can not pronounce people's names correctly..I had one person grab my dinner tray away from me and I was not done eating it. I also spoke to the Administrator Larry (not sure what his last name is).and he doesn't care about what you have to say. He backs his staff and the staff is not accountable for what they did! Also I lost a lot of things like a coffee maker and a cooling fan and some food and toiletries. They are denying they saw any of my stuff. Thieves are what they are!.Go to another Nursing Facility even if you have to drive a little further away. This place is a joke send your loved ones to a better place if you care your loved ones. 😡

While the facility is an older building, it is remarkably well-maintained—far exceeding others in its age bracket—and the staff's dedication makes this place truly shine. ​The most crucial moments were his final ones, and the care provided during that time was exemplary. The team went above and beyond to ensure my best friend's passing was absolutely painless and dignified. ​The compassionate steps they took to manage his comfort and respect his humanity during the end-of-life journey were the most important service they provided. Furthermore, they ensured the family, myself, and our entire circle of friends had the ability and comfort to be present during his passing. This irreplaceable opportunity to share those final moments was a profound gift. ​We are eternally grateful to Kim, Savannah, Brooke, Ashley, Javi, and the many other dedicated professionals on the team who worked tirelessly. Your hard work and dedication ensured his passing was peaceful and provided immense solace to all of us during the most difficult time. ​If you are looking for a place where the staff genuinely treats residents with love and ensures a truly dignified end-of-life journey, Focus Care is, without a doubt, the right choice.
