The staff is so nice and friendly
I have found Focused Care in Waxahachie, Tx. to be a caring little jewel in the nursing home world. My son is in his 5th month of care there and I have found if you take the time to really communicate with them, they get their job done right. They want to take great care of their clients, but their success depends on families being involved in the process. I sincerely believe the bad reviews submitted concerning Focused Care in Wax, Tx come from families who do not play an active role in their family members care. Vicky Prater, Mother of patient.
My mother in law is there, and she gets wonderful care. The place is clean every time we visit, and staff is so friendly to her and us. Just went to a Valentine Prom they hosted and seeing how the staff was with all the patients was so amazing. They really seem to care.
