Stopped by to visit my client. She was happy with the facility and her treatment there. There was no odor and staff was mostly friendly.
My dad had a stroke in the middle of the night and nobody checked on him all night . By the.time they checked on him it was apparent he had a stroke . By the time paramedics came they saw my dad was soak head to toe with urine and mattress was soak as well (nobody checked on him. Paramedics were very disgusted with the condition my dad was left in . He only last a week on feeding tube and ventilator . My dad passed away shortly after that on Nov 7. They have yet to close his account or returnedy phone calls about his left over funds. Amber said the she would close his account and call me when the check is ready I have yet to received a check and now Amber doesn't work there anymore . Where's the check ??? And why would anybody put a family through this ?? My dad was in memory care so he could have help on things forgotten. But they obviously forgot or just didn't care . No house keeper on the weekends urine all over the bathroom and room . This place is very poorly maintained and staffed.
I would like to praise this place I been staying. The staff is great, especially my help, John, Sam, Monica They know I love them. And also the place is kept especially clean GREAT ''S
Quality Score
Carley found serious concerns about nighttime monitoring and responsive care that families experienced, though the facility maintains a clean, attractive environment and some residents report positive recent experiences.
