GOOD TREE RETIREMENT

Lovely place. They are helpful, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable.

My mom is in the memory care unit, and I couldn’t be happier with the care she receives there. She loves the aides who care for her and her face lights up when the activities director enters her room to chat. It seems that over the past several months this facility has shown more interest and care for the residents than I recall under the previous administration. I’m very happy to have my mom under their care.

Typical issues. Some of the employees work hard and take care of the residents very well and professionally. Unfortunately, too many are there just for the paycheck and do limited care or consideration for the residents who live there and is their home. Management tells you what they need to say to solve the situation but nothing ever gets changed or improved for the residents. No one is held accountable it seems and it all comes back to Management (ED) and lack of corrective actions.
