I am extremely grateful for the wonderful care my loved one received at this nursing home. The staff is compassionate, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to the residents' well-being. My family and I were searching facilities in the El Paso area for my grandparents. From my first call inquiring about moving my grandparents (from their previous facility) to the amenities and programs included at this new facility, Grace Pointe has been nothing less than friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. There were many questions we had and the staff would respond in a timely fashion. Our peace of mind and concerns are rest assured with the interactions we have had thus far with the staff. This goes to show Grace Pointe goes above and beyond even now that my grandparents are soon to be residents of the facility. I highly recommend Grace Pointe as an option for treasured loved ones. Our family is truly grateful for all the people who made sure my dad was taken care of. Your support while we stayed throughout the day and night with my dad was amazing.
