GRAHAM OAKS CARE CENTER

I had to move my mother here because she became exit seeking and needed to be in a memory care unit. I have no idea why anyone would give this place anything less than 5 stars. From day one I was greeted with kindness. Nurses are eager to help and answer any questions or concerns you may have. My mother received excellent care and seemed to really enjoy it here. Meals were on time and actually looked good. Facilities are updated and clean. Quiet environment in a quaint little town. Mom passed 11/06/25 and was only here about seven weeks…but it was a wonderful 7 weeks. I will truly miss seeing these wonderful people now that mom has gone and I’m not going every other day. Don’t hesitate to send your loved ones here.

Beautiful facility and amazing staff who welcomed my dad with open arms! His stay was only a short one, but he was very happy and well cared for! If he ever needs another facility, he told me Graham Oaks the only one he wants. Loved our experience and everyone there!

Graham Oaks is such an inviting and homey place to take your loved one for extra care. The employees are very compassionate and they treat the residents like family! There is weekly interaction activities that are always fun for everyone. The entire staff is always very easy and quick to tackle even the little things and make sure all questions are answered clearly! The facilities new remodel makes you feel just at home and you are always likely to see someone keeping things fresh and clean. This place is a great option for loved ones who are no longer able to live alone!!
