I take my therapy dog here weekly for visits. This is a beautifully planned community with attention to detail in all areas. The food is wonderful, the amenities are outstanding! I doubt there is a better place in central Texas!

Very disappointing and telling experience. I stopped by to get a feel for the community and its culture, as I have spent many years in senior living and am intentionally selective about my next opportunity. I was denied a tour outright by Kate, the Executive Director—something I have never experienced in this industry. In senior living, you don’t turn people away. Every person who walks through the door is a potential resident, family member, referral source, or future customer. Denying a tour isn’t just poor hospitality—it speaks volumes about leadership priorities and organizational culture. The gentleman at the front desk was kind and professional, which only further highlighted the contrast in leadership. The interaction was unwelcoming, dismissive, and conveyed that time, interest, and basic courtesy were not valued. If this is how genuine interest is handled at the front door, I can only imagine the experience for families behind closed doors. This is not a community I would recommend to families or professionals seeking a warm, people-first environment.

I recently helped my dad move into an apartment at Grand Living Georgetown and it has been a wonderful experience. Beautiful and functional facilities, great food, friendly and helpful staff, and a wide variety of activities have provided my dad an amazing and welcoming new home. Our family is glad to have found such a place and many thanks to Lisa, Brittany, Cole, Abi, Sherry, Kate and the rest of the staff for taking good care of my dad!

Carley found a beautifully maintained, vibrant community with excellent amenities and welcoming atmosphere, though staffing consistency and communication processes could be strengthened.
