GREAT PLAINS NURSING AND REHABILITATION

Such nice and clean facility in the small town. I just visited this past week and they had it all decorated for Halloween. The staff is very friendly and make sure your loved one feels special.

Nurses are friendly and knowledgeable. Facility is very well clean and in really nice shape. Inside and out! Administration listens to all concerns and makes sure to take care of residents as family!!

If your family member has memory problems or mobility problems absolutely do not put them in this facility. They have no desire towards basic patient care for these people and will retaliate towards those who stand up for those who can’t. If they are truly understaffed the management is to blame and I feel bad for the nurses, cnas, pcts. Don’t bother calling to the director he will gaslight you saying they treat everyone like family, start talking about religion, and not actually try to listen to you. I have been patient with these people, I have showed compassion and understanding but not once was it ever given back to me or my family member. The only nurse that helped us was soon after given shorter hours and treated different for advocating for us.
