They need seating for the families that come to see their loved ones. Also whenever I asked for help for my Mom's toiletry needs, they all acted like they were too busy and took a very long time. Nurses are rude there too. I'm so glad my Mom is in another facility now. That facility is so much better. Lots of seating and also the nurses are way more willing and attentive.

my grandma's room wasn't that great it was messy her bed was broke, the workers there were rude. when we tried to get her a drink we asked a worker to open it and she threw her arms up and said "open it". then down the hall we heard another lady yelling at some people to get back in their rooms. and a lady that was staying there was complaining saying she hasn't ate or had any water. then another lady in a room was yelling for help and saying the worker was hurting her legs. then a male worker was yelling at the same lady to take her medicine saying "take your medicine get a drink or swallow it I dont have time for your games" it wasn't that clean it smelled. and the people working were rude and when we tried to call all the phone number not one person answered. then one lady that I called hung up then blocked me. so I do not recommend letting your family stay here.

My father didn't last much more than a week here and I'll never know the exact circumstances or details of what occurred on the day he passed but it didn't sound like he received the best of care based on his numerous complaints. According to the case manager, the hospital would not release him in an unstable condition for ethical reasons. Additionally, the first room he was in smelled so bad i couldn't visit him for more than a few minutes. The situation was addressed only after i brought it to the attention of corporate. The only correspondence I received from these people afterwards was a bill for $80. No condolences or anything like that. Very cold vibe here and I would recommend a different home for your loved one.
