Barbara Elaine Henley passed away yesterday. I any Michelle woods. Was a very good friend of hers came frequently. The lady at the front desk knew me by face knew I was there to see and I am appalled and very discouraged at ever letting one of my family members ever go to 1 of your facilities. It was absolutely disgusting. I could not believe the way they treated me. Could not believe the way they treated. Barbara could not believe that they wouldn't even let me clean up her room for her and so I just left it. I left it the way it was. And you know what now you? You all can deal with it because that' awful that you always treat her friends and family.The way that you all did me yesterday.It was absolutely disgusting and if there was a way for it to post, I wouldn't even give you a star.You don't even deserve a corner of a star

My mother was here for a number of years, prior to her recent passing. I cannot say enough good about the care she received, the communication, thorough reports given to me, updates and so on. I was contacted about everything, positive and negative, and people with whom I spoke gave me clear, concise answers. If you are anywhere in the Greenville Texas area, and your loved one needs long term care, I highly recommend this place to you. Everyone from the receptionists, CNAs, RNs, doctors, social workers-you name it. Terrific team.

My mother was coming from out of town to come to this facility. The staff went out of their way to accommodate her and I really appreciate it. I did a tour of the facility. It was nice and clean. I want to tell the Staff, thank you so very much for all the hard work you put into get in my Momma accept it to your facility. I can’t thank you enough. She’s home and safe now.
