Beautiful senior living community and tremendous leadership staff! Every staff member I encountered was friendly and helpful. They truly care about their residents and caregivers!
Have my bonus mom in The Cove at Harbor Chase now. The staff is very good, really seem to care about all their residents and most of the staff has been there a long time. Would highly recommend for your loved one.
I spent an amazing day with my mom and her friends from the Harbor Chase Assisted Living community on an excursion. The time out was so wonderful for my mom and her friends. Something different from the daily routine will give them stories to talk about for years to come. The staff, Ashley, Cory, Azita, took such good care of everyone. Safety was the number one priority but fun was a close second. I can’t say enough positive comments about this excursion for the residents. Thanks to HC for making our day.
Quality Score
Carley found exceptional care quality and a beautifully maintained environment that families deeply appreciated, though communication and staffing consistency drew some concerns.
