I want to express my deep appreciation to all of the compassionate and caring team at Harbor Chase. They were amazing from the start and throughout the time my mother needed 24/7 specialized nursing care. Elizabeth made the initial process warm and efficient allowing us to focus on my mother’s needs. Wendy and her nursing staff who were incredible and I truly can’t say enough thank you’s for the tender care they provided during her last days. Thank you to all the staff once again and for those families who might be considering Harbor Chase for your loved ones, don’t give it a second thought, they are first class all the way!

I lived at Harbor Chase of Southlake Texas for 5 years and the quality went down each year especially the" chef prepared " meals which eventually tasted worse than cafeteria food. The food is so bad the Harbor Chase staff won't eat it even for free. I bought all my food. The final blow came when the facility gave me bed bugs and refused to take responsibility and punished me for speaking out. The bed bugs were cycling through the building so that some got it twice and the powers that be tried to keep it quiet rather than taking the disaster by the horns.Very unprofessional and untrustworthy folks who seem to be incapable of adult interaction where they use conflict resolution skills to soothe both parties and yield an acceptable outcome for all concerned. And don't call the Ombudsmen for Harbor Chase of Southlake as she will side 100% with bed bugs team. I paid $8600 dollars a month and I pay much less now with much better food and better overall care and best of all no bed bugs. Don't let those shiny display apts fool you. Ask to see an apt with bed bugs so you will see how poorly you will be treated and they will tear up your apt and when this happens they don't tell you anything and they don't help you with anything. If you get bed bugs you are totally on your own and you will be shunned by the staff because guess what...they don't want to get bed bugs. And if you receive treatment in your apt for bed bugs they will make you pay for the treatment and you may even pay twice for a problem relating to the sanitation of the building. Bed bugs are drawn to filth. Their fancy building and it's reputation is much more important to the powers that be than the care of their residents.

It’s a fantastic place. I love it! The people, the music and the outings. The outside yard for mi dog! We have a dog park. I make friends around the place. The workers are helpful and pleasant like a family!
