HARKER HEIGHTS NURSING & REHABILITATION

As a hospice social worker, I am constantly going in and out of many facilities. The staff here Have all been so warm and helpful, Also being highly attentive towards the patients. I was actually taken aback for a few moments because this is not something that that’s very common anymore in nursing homes . Very grateful to see our patients are well care for over here.

Place is pretty and the staff and director welcome me when placing him in a room. Only part I would work on is making sure new residents are tracked and better communication amongst each other. My grandpa is new and we waited for some time to go over the admission process with his medicine and extra stuff.

Staff greeted me with smiles when I walked through the doors. Security system is very well placed/technologically savvy with face ID and info at the door. Patients seemed not only happy but very well interacted with because there was staff everywhere engaging them.
