Our hospice company has had the privilege of working closely with Hearthstone and we can confidently say it has been an exceptional experience. The entire team is compassionate, responsive, and deeply committed to providing the highest quality of care for their residents. From our first interaction, the staff demonstrated a level of professionalism and warmth that truly sets this community apart. They work collaboratively with our team, ensuring that residents and families receive seamless, supportive care during sensitive times. The community itself is welcoming and well-maintained, with a strong sense of connection among residents and staff. It's clear that Hearthstone fosters an environment where residents feel safe, respected, and truly at home. We’re grateful for the opportunity to partner with such a dedicated and caring team and look forward to continuing our work together.
Do not take your loved ones to this place. My family and I came to visit our elder neighbor and when we got there we heard her screaming “Help!”, and NO ONE was around to hear, nor came to check on her. We ran in and after helping her she said the nurses there hid the red “Help” button from her so she wouldn’t ask for help anymore (they would get irritated with her). We found the button hidden behind her bed. The food and environment is atrocious. She was there to learn how to walk again but they had done NOTHING yet to even help her sit up. Do. Not. Bring. Them. Here. Try finding home based care or to your home instead.
Absolutely nasty and disgusting. The smell when you walk in the front door is of piss and poop. They’re understaffed the rooms look like a cold prison room. I wouldn’t leave my worst enemy in this place. Nurses are extremely unfriendly! My mother got transported here and I got her out of that bed right then and there put her in a wheelchair rolled her to the car and took her home. She would’ve died in this nasty rot hole.
Quality Score
Carley found families consistently praised exceptional communication, compassionate care, and a welcoming environment, though serious safety and staffing concerns were raised in other accounts.
