After careful consideration and prayer, I made the decision to transfer my mother from her previous nursing home to Heritage at Turner Park. While I initially had concerns after reading reviews, I ultimately moved forward because she was not receiving the level of care she needed, and I wanted her to be closer to me so I could visit more frequently and ensure her well-being. Since making this transition, I have been extremely grateful for the exceptional care and support provided at Heritage at Turner Park. The administration, nursing staff, CNAs, kitchen, maintenance and housekeeping team have all demonstrated outstanding attentiveness and professionalism. Their compassionate approach has made a meaningful difference for both my mother and me, and I truly appreciate the high standard of care they provide.
My mom was there for a short time but she appreciated the staff and entertainment. They cared for her til she took her last breath. They comforted my family while my mom transitioned. I will most definitely miss her and coming to visit her. Thank you Hertiage at Turner Park.
