My mom was there for less than 24 hours and fell out the bed without rails. Then the staff called to inform my family and was told several different stories, when I arrived to Presbyterian-Plano ER was then told another version by the hospital staff. Later the director called to inform me the nurse was fired.....this is/was a total nightmare and my mom will not be returning EVER! DO BETTER HERITAGE
This office is very nice very clean. The staff is awesome. Very polite. Respectful they make me feel welcome and they make me feel safe. I would definitely recommend this office.
