HERITAGE HOUSE AT PARIS REHAB & NURSING

When my step-dad came to Heritage House we were in a lot of distress over his condition and pain level. He feared the worst, that we would leave him in some nursing home, never to leave. We reassured him we were just going to get him stable and as strong as possible so he could return home. Everyone at Heritage House worked hard to reach OUR goals. It took time to get his pain managed, once we found the right medications, therapy really worked hard to get him as independent as possible. They pushed when he needed pushed, were gentle when he needed gentle. I can't say enough about the care he received. He is now at home and appreciates the stay he had.

My mom stayed here 4 years. She was treated very well. Several of the nurses doted on her, & she on them. The nurses & aids were gentle, kind, caring, & for the most part conscientious in all their care. When we had problems, management & staff worked together w/us to resolve issues. Of course, there were repetitive, niggling problems but the important thing is they cared well for my Mom. Mom enjoyed her "special girls" (nurses’ aids), the meals, getting her haircut on Fridays by Katherine Hamilton, and telling her stories to all who would listen. Thank you, Heritage House!

I had a unexpected illness which put me in the hospital and rehab. I never felt so weak and helpless before. I have never been to a inpatient rehab facility. I was so nervous about going. Heritage House made me feel so comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Everyone from the administration department to the nurses, and the physical therapy department are amazing!!! I needed help with showers also. I must say Korenia Fueston aka Shower Lady always treated me with care. My showers felt more like a spa treatment. I am back home now. I will always be grateful for the staff at Heritage House. My PA Lane Allen is the best, he truly cares about his patients. I highly recommend this place. Thankful, Grateful, and Blessed❣️ ~Christine~
