HERITAGE PLACE OF FREDERICKSBURG

My 82 year old father moved into Heritage Place a year ago after breaking his arm. Heritage Place's staff has done everything possible to ease the transition to assisted living and I am happy to report he successfully recovered from his broken arm! I toured 8 different assisted living facilities in the San Antonio/Fredericksburg area before settling on Heritage Place as the right one for my father and have no regrets. This was one of the few places I visited that I felt like I could truly trust the staff and facility to look after my father. The facility is kept clean and bright and many of the residents are often out of their rooms, enjoying activities and the company of other residents. It is a place I enjoy visiting my father and the staff is always receptive to any concerns I may have. I have not sampled the food myself, but I get positive reviews from my father who is not exactly an indiscriminate eater. Many of the staff members are exceptional, with a special nod to the director, Connie, who is very hands on and sets a great tone for the facility, and Holly, the former head of nursing who actively managed my father through some of the most difficult times in his recovery. Overall, I do not think you could find a nicer place for your loved one in this area. Thank you to the Heritage Place staff!

My mother has been at Heritage Place for eight years. The staff here is attentive, interactive and fully engaged with mom's daily care. They've been a steady presence through the years. The leadership handled the COVID restrictions with care and clear communications to family members. The staff has always treated my mom as family. The facility is beautiful. I highly recommend Heritage Place for assisted living care.

I am so very grateful for Heritage Place! My mother-in-law has resided there for over a year. The staff are so very kind and attentive and consistently go out of their way to support and encourage the residents. Before living here, I experienced several facilities while caring for my own parents. However, Heritage Place goes beyond the norm in advocating for its residents in all aspects: physical, social, and emotional.
