This review is for office staff. Laura and Belinda were amazing to deal with. My mother did not end up coming here due to other circumstances, but these ladies were a pleasure to deal with and EXTREMELY knowledgeable.
Its one of the worst place to place your love one. They are understaffed to keep overhead costs low to increase profits. The doctors they use have a monopoly on the area nursing homes and offer as little care as possible. The rooms and furniture in some areas of the nursing home are damaged. Those who are not mobile get the worst care because the women cannot lift them, so they lay in the bed for extended periods of time. The state gives notice allowing the nursing home cover up their poor care practices. The inspectors may be on the take. The owners own several nursing homes in the area. Good Luck!
I have had experiences at a few nursing facilities the past two years and this facility is by far the BEST. The staff keeps me updated constantly. I never wanted to have to put my dad in a facility but I’m glad since I did, that he is here. Fully staffed with caring individuals who show they enjoy their jobs. They are formerly and knowledgeable and patient. I don’t ever have to worry about my dad with him here. I am so thankful for each and every one of them from the CNAs to the Nurses to the administration staff. Top notch. ALL OF THEM.
Quality Score
Carley found serious concerns about understaffing, hygiene, and inconsistent care quality, though some families reported positive experiences with office staff and rehabilitation services.
