The nursing staff is excellent especially Elizabeth, Alyssa, Jessica and Andy. Andy was very comforting when I first got here. He has been very helpful. Therapy is excellent. Marcos and Valeria are great in helping me and have been very supportive. Everyone is very very nice and supportive. The reason I chose this facility is because my husband was here several years ago. I recommend this place for rehab.

They truly make residents feel at home, always attentive and compassionate, and ready to help in any situation. The management is also very supportive, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and that residents receive the best care possible. The therapy services are top-notch, helping residents improve and maintain their well-being. Additionally, the facility itself is always clean and well-maintained, with a pleasant atmosphere. The food is delicious and nutritious, making it a welcoming environment for all. Nancy is absolutely amazing! She truly goes above and beyond for the residents and their families. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care make such a difference every day. You can tell she really loves what she does, always patient, attentive, and willing to help with a smile. Hidalgo Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is lucky to have someone like Nancy on their team.
