Hollymead and team does a wonderful job on caring for their residents and staff. 10/10 recommend
This location looks great from the outside, but the staff doesn’t care if the patient is wet for an extended period. They also do not know what a sign that says fall risk means. They shouldn’t leave a patient unattended that is paralyzed on one side sitting on the toilet. Only to find out when you come to visit that the bruises and cuts on them are because they fell off and hit the wall.
l have been at Hollymead for almost 3 months and my care has been wonderful. The love and concern have made my extended stay so much easier. Octavia, D.J., James , Cody, Dina Freda, Precious. Kristen , and many others that l can't remember---ALL have been wonderful.. I have learned to love them ALL. Patsy Young
