Our family is so thankful for the care my mom received at Ignite. From the day she started until the day she went home, everyone was so nice to her. A big thank you to her nurses, Gabby and Perla, for taking such good care of her. Her techs, Alina, Ashley, and Elizabeth, were like angels to us. They were so kind and patient every single day even when they have so many patients. I also want to give a special thank you to Mayra, the Director of Nursing. Usually, you don’t see the bosses helping out much, but Mayra was always there. She was constantly checking on my mom to make sure she was eating and comfortable. I even saw her helping change patients and working right alongside her staff. It shows she really cares about people. Thank you to her assistant, Alejandro, too for always answering our questions. Knowing my mom was in good hands gave us such peace of mind. If we ever need help again, we will definitely come back here. Thank you all so much!

I really enjoyed my time I would like to thank everyone from the bottom of my heart to my nurses to the therapy team to the housekeeping staff to the activities and hospitality. I enjoyed the food here it was very delicious thank you to Chris from the kitchen for always having a positive attitude. Thank you to the therapy you guys made group therapy fun. Thank you to Alexis at the front desk for always smiling and being so kind to me. Family Experience Review Upon arrival, communication was a bit unclear during the transfer from the hospital to the rehabilitation center. However, once we requested a team meeting to discuss what was needed for my mother’s recovery and daily routine, the staff quickly came together. All team members worked collaboratively and showed genuine care in helping my mother meet her goals. We are truly grateful for everyone who made such a difference in her recovery journey. Thanks to their efforts, my mother was able to maintain her independence and continue her routine without feeling like a burden to others. Her next goals are to enjoy her time alone with confidence and to begin driving again—something she is very excited about.
