Not even a 1. Maybe like a -20 This place is a damn joke. They withheld my father’s pain meds, wouldn’t clean his room, left him on a bed with no sheets . I spoke with the DON olla, never fixed anything. Social worker Gloria…nothing fixed. I promise the facility this…. You haven’t heard the last. I have taken actions against the facility. It’s nasty the staff sucks and yall don’t care about the patient. Truly a disgusting to the medical people who care.

We had a great experience at Ignite Katy. My husband has gotten so much stronger, because of the talented and motivating therapists. The nurses, aides, and all other staff on our hallway provided loving and skilled care for his daily needs, always with a smile. The NP and Dr were knowledgeable and professional, especially as we were dealing with a medical crisis mid-stay. All of the office staff was helpful and encouraging on this journey, especially with me as I shed a few tears traversing this unknown journey with him. We are both so grateful that we were able to stay here as a bridge between the hospital and home, so that we can feel like he will be safe and healthy at home. Thank you to everyone at Ignite Katy! You make a difference!

The experience at Ignite was wonderful for my mother. She was there for 26 days. Every staff member from the nurses and the aides to the PT/OT therapists and the dietician were all so caring and attentive. The place was always clean and tidy and they kept my mother’s room clean. She was happy there and I could tell. She even got a shampoo/hair cut at the onsite salon. On her last day every one came by her room to say goodbye. Even some of the other patients told her their goodbyes. Overall a wonderful skilled nursing facility. I highly recommend this facility. Thank you Ignite for giving my mom a wonderful experience.
