This is Robin Martin and I was admitted to ignite about 2 or three weeks ago. And I'm checking out today, and I want to say, how much of an outstanding staff you have as far as it goes. Catherine. Oates, she is an excellent. The staff such an outstanding job that I can't believe it. I've been very well pleased. And the occupational therapy are excellent. I would recommend Ignite to anyone.
I had superior care and guidance in my recovery from heart valve replacement surgery. The nursing staff was personable while maintaining professionalism. The PT/OT staff were awesome, helping me to challenge my progress. The administrative team was always helpful. The meals were well prepared and seasoned perfectly. Lastly the Starbucks in the lobby was an added bonus. I highly recommend Ignite without reservation. 5 star rating from me.
Catherine is the absolute best overall. She helps with anything that I need help with throughout the building with any services that I need help and always have a smile on her face always! The therapy team was great, especially Helen. As far as the nurses, I love Kenisha, Elizabeth, Daphne, Ezekiel, Manny and many others was exceptional. Except one male nurse. He was rude but he was consistent
Quality Score
Carley found families consistently praised exceptional care quality and compassionate staff, though staffing levels and facility environment were occasionally noted as areas for improvement.
