I can't say enough about the quality care my dad has recieved at this facility. The staff from the nurses, O.T. , P.T., doctors, social worker, and even upper management really take care of the patients. My dad's only been there a week , but everything has been addressed with his specific medical and personal needs. Julio has been on top of things like getting dad a recliner and airbed in his room to help him get quality sleep . The nurses and CNA are always popping their head in the room asking if he's doing good. The check in and out for visitation is easy too , with the new digital recognition system. The only complaint I really have is the parking at the facility is kind of limited but that has absolutely nothing to do with the staffing..

I was s at ignite resort for 3 month. The nurses were okay some better and others. The CNA that I like because they were nice and friendly were Veronica, Mia.Torrie Deya was my favorite and night cna was Tax. The OT Shenike was fantatic she was the best therapy I ever had the same as the PT therapy Keri-Ann. I had to wait between one to three`hours for some one to come to change my diaper. I left with a big diaper rash. The problem is they have one cna for 19 patient. They have to shower patient, diaper change and if the bed was wet they had to change the bed. Also was so disgusting when they change the sheets and you see they had yellow stain so I brought from home mat to cover the stain also when I need to take a bath they didn' have clean towels. I left the last two weeks to another rehab hospital and when I was going to another nursing home I was told that I only have 5 days left from medicare so the social worker called ignite to ask if I could go back to stay the 5 days and they said no but they kept me there until all my days were used. I don't think will come back to ignite. By the way I heard that some other patients calling for help and the bell was ringing for hours too. a t

I must say I have been coming to that facility for the past five years and this is the first time that I left feeling good. The visit was wonderful. The staff was wonderful and they have been taking care of my cousin so I am elated. I am so happy That finally they are doing their jobs. I have some staff that is doing really good about their patience.

Carley's Analysis

Carley found families praised the clean, welcoming environment and rehabilitation services, though care quality and responsiveness to patient needs showed significant inconsistency across experiences.
