This is Roger Hudson, I was there for a year and a few months when they called Regent care. This place was off. They treated me like SHIT. They gave me a serious complex that I kinda take out on other rehab that I went to because FYI I have a horrible horrible time with how they was talking to me how the nurse was talking to me. I have problems with administrator not doing her job. I have problems with the nurse not doing her job I have problems with the DON not doing her job. I could go more deaf would happen, but it sucks. I couldn’t believe would happen. It was a tragedy and I sit there and suffered for a whole damn year and I think four months I was there, but God has me and he did have me at that time I was still suffering, but I knew my heart was OK. I knew I wouldn’t die over that situation there, but it was hard not to feel like that. I pray for everybody that’s in there and everybody that’s left in Jesus name take care of them. Amen.
From the moment you walk in, you can feel how caring, supportive, and patient-centered this facility is. The staff are kind, communicative, and attentive, always making residents and families feel heard and supported. They are also incredibly easy to work with and communicate clearly, which makes a huge difference. The building has been beautifully renovated—clean, modern, and welcoming, with such great energy throughout. If you’re considering care for a loved one, I highly recommend taking a tour and seeing it for yourself. The care and atmosphere truly speak for themselves.
Really great experience visiting here. The nurse was so kind, and the social worker clearly advocates for the residents. I loved getting a tour—everything is beautifully updated and feels warm and welcoming. One thing that really stood out was seeing a staff member sitting and chatting with a Spanish-speaking resident when I first walked in. That kind of genuine care is rare. The staff felt very present, and the residents I saw seemed truly happy. Definitely recommend taking a tour and seeing it for yourself.
Quality Score
Carley found serious concerns about care quality, hygiene standards, and responsiveness to family concerns, though the facility maintains a clean, pleasant environment and some families experienced positive rehabilitation outcomes.
