I have close friends who resided at LaDora for three years after having experiences at other skilled nursing facilities in Tarrant County. The staff at LaDora were by far the most compassionate caregivers that we encountered during their rehabilitation journeys, understanding and delivering care to the unique needs of each resident. Communication with family was timely, clear, and helpful. Even though the location was not convenient for us personally, it was worth driving a few extra miles to know they were being well cared for.
Shabby appearance. A few great staff. Several not so great. Poor kitchen. Not enough rehab equipment. Limited (to none) outside. Definitely not a 4 star rating.
By far one of THE BEST Nursing & Rehab facilities in the state. Don’t judge a book by its cover. It’s not “bougie” like the big expensive Nursing/Rehab homes- the staff genuinely cares about every single individual and treats them like family. I’ve heard so much GOOD, I had to visit. Visit this home if you want to see what care, respect and love looks like. It will make your day, week, year. MS

Carley found families consistently praised exceptional, compassionate care and successful rehabilitation outcomes, though some noted the facility's older appearance and occasional staffing knowledge gaps.
