I was very pleased with the facility. The entire staff displayed very caring behavior and super attentive!

Better than expected. All staff was very professional, respectful and helpful. There is definitely a shortage of staff however. They are working as hard as they can to get to everyone but there are just not enough of them for the number of patients. Jessica Dehoyos was particularly helpful. Her insight and quick action in assessing his condition was instrumental in saving his foot. We will always be grateful for her expertise, kindness and quick thinking. She is one that is willing to go that extra mile.

The Best Nursing & Rehabilitation Facility in Del Rio, Tx. The Place is Beautifully constructed with a Nurses Station right in the center with views to every hall way! Such an inviting atmosphere, smells and looks nice. Very Elegant for our loved ones. I have had the pleasure to meet Reyna & Herbert, I felt their compassion, respect, and the dignity they show for the residents in their care. Most of all I felt valued as they listened and heard what I had to say and express my feelings. The staff is welcoming and just a wonderful place to be at. If I ever had to be in Nursing & Rehabilitation Facility, it would be The Vida Serena Nursing & Rehabilitation. A special Thanks to Olga Gomez from the Val Verde hospital who guided and helped me, & Special thanks to the New Director Herbert & Reyna who made it happen. I am forever grateful.
