LAKESIDE NURSING AND REHABILITATION CENTER

I had my brother moved there from Huebner Creek because he wasn't getting the care he needed. He kept getting sick there and I have read all this good reviews about this place LakeSide Nursing home. They must be fake reviews. I am very disappointed with this place .My brother has gotten sick with bladder infections, fever, Covid twice, very low blood pressure, dehydration has ended in the hospital several times. Communication is the worse. The Receptionist never can seem to get me anyone,and the call is transfer. No one answers the their phones. I have not being able to talk the nurses, administration, the Director of this place. I can only name a few good people that care there. My brother is bedridden, has a catheter so he can not get out of bed. He has to depend on these people. They have stopped given him any therapy. They don't have a good phone in his room to communicate with him, They don't keep his cell phone charge. My brother is under so many medications that have been prescribe by their doctor at the facility. He hallucinates ever since they have given him this medications. I have requested for the doctor to call me and to take him off of this medications. I am telling the truth about this place.They seem like they just want your money. I hear they are short staff. I am trying to get him out of this place.

My father in law's stay has been great. Very caring nurses, aids and staff. He loves it here. Thank you Lakeside ❤️

I am very impressed with Tiffany from Admin. She diffently has a A+ professional attitude when dealing with people trying to get someone to get accepted for Lakeside. Very polite and courteous. I told I brought my brother in Law Ramiro Garcia 3 years ago. Everyone was great with Ramiro. Thank you Tiffany for being a great asset to Lakeside. God bless you. Bother John Trevino
