Can you spell NEGLECT! My Mother who was only in the center for 48 hours, She was put in a diaper and was told to do her business in that. She paid cash money to stay. She would ring for someone to put her on the bedside commode and it would take an hour for someone to come and assist. By that point she a done her business in the diaper. My mom is has all her senses plus a broken leg. My Sister who went to pick her up and brought her home said she was sitting in her own waste and she was given wet wipes to clean her up. We her caregivers needed a respite weekend. I suggest you PULL your family member out of this place and put them in a center where they will get better care. I am expecting a FULL refund for her neglectful visit.

My mother knows is in the Lancaster Nursing Rehabilitation Center. So far we've had a great experience with the facility and the staff. The administration office Mrs. Lillian & the accounting office.They have wonderful communicate . They check on my mother-in-law. And any concerns or any issues that I might have they are always answered or taken care of. Also the nursing staff and the AIDS are very kind and sweet. My mother-in-law has been into other facilities the second one was terrible very bad they were actually trying to kill her it seems giving her medication she didn't need. As we entered into Lancaster Nursing and Rehabilitation Center they have been very very kind they are taking care of my mother-in-law. No place is perfect. But if I would have to take her anywhere . It would be Lancaster Rehabilitation Center . I'm glad I found this place. They do take care of your loved ones.

Clean facility, no odors. Nice friendly staff. Enjoyed my visit.
