This place looks beautiful but don’t be fooled. They are understaffed and most of the caregivers are run down and don’t want to work. My mom went to the hospital from a fall (laid there for hours before any one noticed) she was discharged. They lost her discharge paperwork, never gave one pain pill and when I went back in the morning she was wear same clothes and same diaper. The doctor there never answers and is lip service. She was in the hospital for a month from that and not one phone call to check. But they sure didn’t forget to bill me the almost 6 grand. So happy we moved her somewhere with way better care.

We searched long and hard 3 years ago for a place for my precious Mother In-Law. When we discover the Landing at Watercrest it was first by bringing her once a week for Adult Day Care. She loved it there from the get go and asked if she could move into the facility. That being said for the whole 3 years that my Mother In-Law became a resident, The Landing at Watercrest Shadow Creek Ranch goes above and beyond for our senior citizen community. All the staff (from the receptionist, activity people, kitchen staff, room managers/cleaners etc...) are very nice, welcoming, patient, caring and helpful. You made my Mother In-Law feel at home all 3 years. I truly appreciate the top notch care that was given and would recommend this facility to anyone looking for a dynamic place for their elderly love ones who need assistance from independent living.
