LAREDO WEST NURSING AND REHABILITATION CENTER

My family and I are very grateful with the Laredo West staff. From admissions to discharge process, everyone was very attentive and diligent. Nursing staff kept me informed about my family member (patient) at all times. The facility was clean and staff were courteous and patient with us all the time. Thank you for taking care of my family member. It takes a great heart to work with elderly patients. God bless you all!

This is the first day I have seen my dad in over a year due to the pandemic. Although it was less then 10min It was the best time I could possibly have asked for. Throughout the entire pandemic they’ve gone above and beyond to make sure he is well taken care of. 💖 my family and I are very grateful for the staff and doctors who attend to his needs every single day. Although I know he can be a hand full they still manage to make sure he has all the support and love he needs. Thank you to everyone at Retama West. Praying things get better soon to be able to see my father more often and for him to be comfortable while the visit takes place
