People were very friendly and very welcoming this morning. I saw at the main lobby a beautiful tree decorated with hearts and red roses. Who said Christmas was over? It was pleasure visiting the residents this morning.
Horrible bedside manner, asked to speak to nurse I waited 40 min she never showed up and she was made aware. My father in law was soiled and when we notified the nurse aid they took about an hour.
From being an Excellent Start here at las Alturas nursing home , it ended on disaster, they failed her on monitoring her meds and went into unconscious stage for a week and 1/2 , missing alot of Therapy Sessions, and now a day before I was taking her home she went into unconscious stage again for negligence of the nurse Yesterday failed to give her lactose medicine this is very bad and the State needs to be aware of this
