We worked with Regina and Gary at Laurel Haven Homes to build our custom home in Austin, and they were truly a dream to work with! We began the design process with them back in 2021 during COVID — a time when delays and challenges were common — but that was never our experience. Laurel Haven connected us with an incredible architect and stayed closely involved through every stage of the design process. We had plenty of questions along the way, and Regina and Gary were always patient, communicative, and committed to making sure we understood each step. Their professionalism and personal touch made what could have been a stressful process feel seamless and even exciting. Fast forward to today — we’ve been living in our home for over a year and a half, and we couldn’t be happier. The craftsmanship, attention to detail, and lasting quality of their work have truly exceeded our expectations. Even after move-in, Laurel Haven has continued to stand behind their work and honor their warranty, which speaks volumes about their integrity and commitment to their clients. They helped us get connected with a wonderful interior designer and she helped us furnish our home with the assistance of Regina. We loved moving into the home with all of the furniture in place!
