I wanted to take the time to make a review. I will never forget the care we received from my grandmothers care giver, Mallory Mead, as well as a few other. Mallory Mead stood out from the rest, her work ethic is above and beyond. We are beyond grateful for the care she provided to my grandmother. She treated her with genuine love, patience, and respect, and it truly showed every single day. She went above and beyond to make sure my grandmother was comfortable, safe, and cared for—not just physically, but emotionally as well. She navigated challenges with professionalism, compassion, and grace, and always kept our family informed and reassured. It takes a special person to do this kind of work, and she is one of them. We couldn’t have asked for better care.

I have nothing but good to say about the staff. Everyone is so patient and caring from the nurses and aides all the way to the cleaning stafff. Lucy who is head of housekeeping and laundry makes sure all the rooms are clean and nothing just sitting around in the way. If I have to be in a rehab facility I am glad it’s this one. I would recommend to anyone who needs special care

My father has been in multiple facilities here and around the New Braunfels area over the years. I have to say, Legend Oaks has been his favorite. As his daughter, I am happy with the care and PT he is receiving. He is clean, well fed, likes the staff and is stronger than he has been in a long time.
