I come to visit my friend here and this time that I came what I liked was that they have an electronic sign in and I got a name tag that I have to be wearing during the whole time that I was at the place, and I love that. Also all the staff are really nice and they are very friendly with the visitors and the patients. Thank you so much.

Our family loves Legend Oaks so much. We feel like our loved one is in such great and trusted care. It has been such a relief for us. And, legend oaks is also a joyful place! There is a buzz of activity at all times. It is hopeful. The staff are spectacular and go above and beyond.

I was sent here after my time ran out PAM Rehabilitation in Kyle. This place is a nightmare! I have laid in a dirty brief for 1-1/4 hours, and up to 2-1/2 hours in a wet brief. They also don't clean me up well and, at times, leave a lot of.a bowel movement behind that the next aide finds. The average time for someone to acknowledge my call for help is around 30-45 minutes. The food is of poor quality, very small portions, and arrives cold. Not just room temperature, but cold. I don't get breakfast until 9:30 a.m, lunch is typically around 1:45, and dinner around 6:45. The aides spend so much time passing out and collecting trays, and taking some residents to and from the dining, they have little time left for patient care. In my opinion, I would absolutely not recommend this facility to anyone.
