Update 8-1-25 Lily Springs will always hold a special place in my heart for the care they gave my dad. The job they do is so hard mentally and physically and most people could not do it. I know, without a doubt, that I could not. My father passed away a few weeks ago and I was able to sit with him for awhile and finally feel peace because I knew he was no longer in pain. The staff took care of everything, the only thing I had to do was to collect his personal belongings and walk away. Moving my dad from another nursing home I was not happy with, to this place was the best decision I ever made. Thank you to the staff at Lily Springs, great job. I truly appreciate you all. Blessings. My dad has been here for 1 week and I am so happy!! The staff here is wonderful, the place is clean, there are big rooms with open space, not crowded and the residents have something they can do to pass the time. The place we were before had too many of their residents in the front lobby and crowded around the front door making it hard to get in the place and even harder to get out, there were even a few folks trying to escape out the door with you when you were trying to leave. Lily Springs it is bright, there are windows, and happy faces everywhere!! A Godsend for us !! Thank you Lily Springs!!

The staff at Lily Springs are diligent in taking care of the physical and mental needs of their patients. My father in law was there for several weeks before passing away. They were very good at keeping us informed on what was going on. The facility is clean and odor free. The facility manager (Francis) was very helpful in assisting us take care of all paperwork involved. My wife and I highly recommend Lily Springs rehabilitation for care of loved one.

Unfortunately, I have very few positive statements to make about Lily Springs. From the beginning of the experience, Stacey is amazing! She was responsive and encouraging. My Dad was in the secure memory unit for about a month. Unfortunately, it was a regretful experience. I had high hopes for Lily Springs and their NEW secure memory unit. It sadly did not meet the expectations. The secure unit is loud and unruly. I witnessed patients striking caregivers and throwing plates/cups/foods that belonged to other residents. It was an absolute mad house most days I visited. I was told by the staff that nothing could be done with the "unruly" patients. It created anxiety in me when I would visit. I can only imagine how it made my 87 yr old Dementia stricken Dad! Medications were forced on my Dad who does not like to be touched. Notes indicating violent behavior on my Dad's part were recording, unfairly! The Director of Nursing should have her license revoked. A meeting was held to discuss the issues. Absolutely ZERO resolution has come to fruition. I have not received any form of my communication regarding complaints and issues that were discussed in a Care Call Meeting at the Facility with MANY representatives of Lily Springs. The ONLY positive that came from this experience was meeting Magnolia Hospice Caregivers! They supported me and my Dad through this ordeal and I knew they were keeping a close eye on my Dad until I could get him moved. I would NOT recommend this facility at all. Very sad because it has so much potential and it is closer to me and my Dad's family. But, an ABSOLUTE NO for me or any of my friends and/or family members in the future.
