I'm only giving 3 stars because some of the employees are exceptional. Rehab was persistent with my husband but one of his nurses was not. That's my one and only complaint. If I had gotten there 15 minutes later I probably would have doing him dead because she said nothing was wrong with him. Long story about all the details but she ended up calling 911 he coded right after they got there. I don't know how long it took them to revive him but they were doing CPR on the gurney will rolling him out the back way. I went out the front and headed to the hospital. He coded two more times in ER. He's still alive but only because of God and timing. No thanks to that particular nurse. Little Sarah the young nurse was wonderful so we're the aides especially miss Karen and rehab great people I hope if anyone goes there that the nurse in particular is BP longer there or has gotten an attitude adjustment along with additional training and when a patients family member says something is wrong don't argue with them and say there's not which she did God bless Samira Taylor

Beautiful facility with wonderful staff. Mom was here for rehab, very thankful to have had such a great place to take care of Mom and get her ready to come home. Marcy was an absolute blessing in rehab. If you need someone to take care of your loved ones recovering this is the place to be. Thank you all for the caring and respect you show.

The office staff treated me horribly when dealing with my mom. I had to get the state to intervene in order to keep them from kicking her out, because her insurance denied. The 2 staff members talked down to me and 1 was practically yelling at me. Joseph was awesome as was Marsha the physical therapist. The nurses and aids were also very good at tending to her. It's a shame that they let their office personnel get by with being so rude to family members, when the rest of the staff are doing such a great job.
