My mom has been a resident at Los Arcos del Norte Care Center for over three years, and overall we’ve had a positive experience. In the beginning, there were some challenges, but with the support of the all the staff, CNAs, nurses, cooks, admin, activities, cleaning/laundry, PT, wound care and my mom’s assigned “Guardian Angel,” things truly turned around. Since then, her care has been consistent, kind, and attentive. The staff treats my mom with patience and respect, and they genuinely try to make her feel seen and important. We know she can be a handful at times, but they always do their best to meet her needs and support her with dignity. I’m giving four stars only because no facility is perfect and there’s always room for improvement. That said, we are happy with our decision and grateful for the care they provide. It brings peace of mind knowing my mom is in a place where she is cared for and valued.
Los Arcos is the best facility for a love one. Very professional, quick to assist or answer any questions. My love one has been at this facility for sometime now and her health, well being, attitude and appearance has changed for the better 100% compared to living alone with assistance. She is well taken care of. I applaud all the nurses, CNAs, the cooks, housekeeping and management for operating a beauty center and taking care of my love one. Rest assure your love one would receive superb care as well. I can't say thank you enough for all you do in keeping my love one safe and healthy. God Bless.
Los Arcos is superb. The administration division are top notch professionals in every aspect. The receptionist, cooks,cleaning staff, cna, nurses and activities personnel are the best. My mother's care has been absolutely outstanding. Staff treat her with respect, dignity and loving care. She is in good hands. I have come to love the staff because they treat my mom the way I do. My mind and heart are at peace. I can't thank my Heavenly Father enough for having this facility in our path. Thank you all at Los Arcos 🙏 ❤️
