I want to say thank you to Madison medical resort for being the best , you all went above and beyond to make me feel at home, from the moment I rolled in here to the moment I left, I was never disappointed. The nursing staff was very attentive and the techs ( aides) were very careful with making sure I was clean, some even went above to make sure I was comfortable. The activity directors were so fun to be with, from day one to my last day they made sure I had fun joining in the activities, from groups to one on one, it was fun .. I will never forget the memories I made here. Thank you for the love I felt.
My grandfather Albert Baze was in here. The way he was cared for was such a blessing. The DON and the administration was so great to deal with from all sides. We are so grateful to everyone here for his time we shared there.
Stopped in for Christmas to see my mother in law , everyone was in great spirits with lots of presents. The staff was awesome and the building was in great shape . Definitely would recommend any of your loved ones to this facility !
