My mother has been in several high-end facilities, and choosing Mason Creek was the best decision I have ever made. This is not just “transitional care” — it truly feels like home. The nurses and aides treat residents as if they were their own family, with genuine patience, kindness, and respect. My mom is never left sitting wet or soiled. When the call light goes on, they come. Whether you’re in the room or anywhere in the building, help arrives. That was never our experience elsewhere. In other facilities, I was told, “I’ll get to her when I can,” and 30 minutes later my mom was still sitting in discomfort. That does not happen here. At Mason Creek, the staff listen. They do not ignore or dismiss the elderly. They take time to sit with them so they don’t feel lonely. Residents are allowed to go to bed when they want — not when they’re told to. The compassion and dedication of this staff are truly out of this world. If you want a place where your loved one is cared for with heart — not just by people working for a paycheck or closing doors until the next shift — I promise this is the place. I forgot my mom has dementia and to a point that she wasn’t walking, my mom walks a little thanks to the therapy she gets. They keep everyone moving. I will post pictures later. I can only say wonderful things about this place! My 84 year old Dad had been stabilized by the hospital from acute kidney failure and Covid. He was very weak, couldn’t walk and had problems breathing. After 6 weeks of care, Dad went home yesterday able to take care of himself with minor help and full of energy! Ariana, his nurse, kept in contact with me 24/7 through phone calls and texts. Rob, his social worker there, made sure dad was taken care of by organizing getting his hair trimmed and even had a podiatrist come and help with his toes! The place is bright and clean, with aides and nurses bustling up and down the halls always willing to answer questions or find something you need. The patients are treated with kindness and respect. Thank you to all the staff of Mason Creek Transitional! You all are doing GREAT things!

The facility was clean, well-organized, and welcoming, which gave me peace of mind. Communication was clear, and it was obvious that the team genuinely cares about the people they serve.
