Everyone were so nice! Nice facility but needs some attention in the cleaning of the carpets especially. I know folk waste beverages on the floors and that’s probably difficult to keep clean constantly but the carpets appeared to be dirty for a longer period. There wasn’t a bad odor in the facility which I appreciated so overall I thought it was a nice property in a nice neighborhood. The director as well as her staff were very pleasant!
I’ve visited a friend staying here and the community and compassionate care is superb. The executive director truly cares for its residents and it shows. It’s a welcoming home for people of all ages including those in there 30s or 40s struggling with mental or physical disabilities. The kitchen was recently remodeled and I’ve been told the meals are delicious and something to look forward to.
I'm considering moving here but I have to admit I'm a bit concerned about the attitude of staff members. Upper staff? Are you tending to the concerns of residents and their family members? I don't want to be judgemental towards your facility but not answering phones is truly a bad sign as what is to come. Are you allowing your staff to behave rudely to family? Do they cuss in the presence of residence and family there? Are they surfing the Internet and not doing simple work there? It sounds like it. I don't tolerate any abusive attitudes or laziness in a place I stay at. It's common sense to stay polite to residents and family members towards their concerns or any questions they might approach your with. I'm just saying.

Carley found a beautiful, welcoming environment that families loved, though staffing responsiveness and communication consistency need strengthening.
