Hello, my Mother has only been here for a few short weeks, but let me tell you, Meadowbrook is everything they say they are. The greeting my Mother received at arrival was so sweet. Ashley, Meshia, April, Katlyn, Angie, Cheryl, Lacey and so many more were just amazing and still are. Bryan came in on his day off to pick my Mother up from her previous Facility and brought her to Meadowbrook and took the time to install a wall mount for her TV too. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this Facility. They treat our Mother as well as other Residents with such dignity and grace. The Facility is just beautiful and decorated with their generation in mind, not to mention so clean and doesn't smell like other Facilities I have been in. I want to personally thank each and every single one of you! I wish I would have found Ya'll 3 years ago when Mom was diagnosed with Dementia. My Mom already seems to be happier here than she has been in a while.
Called to find out about getting my Mother a place there. First no one responded to my messages left at the facility. Then when I sent a general email to the corporate office, I did get one email from Ashley Sprouse who when I responded multiple time to set an appointment to come look at the place, she never again responded. If a place like this doesn't even take the time to talk to the family of a person seeking help with a family member, I can only imagine what type of care they give their patients. All I can recommend is stay away!
My parents, aged 98 and 95 years, enrolled in the Meadowbrook Community 1.5 years ago. They receive competent, compassionate, and cheerful assisted living at care levels 4 and 1 respectively. The Meadowbrook staff welcomes families' participation in active living events, that include festive parties, music, and spiritual development. Meadowbrook honors veterans and veterans benefits.
Quality Score
Carley found families consistently praised the exceptionally attentive and caring staff and beautiful environment, though some noted concerns about staffing consistency and communication responsiveness.
