“The staff is top-notch, always going above and beyond to ensure residents feel comfortable and supported. The facilities are clean, modern, and well-maintained, with plenty of amenities to keep residents engaged and active. What really sets this place apart, though, is the genuine warmth and kindness of the staff. They truly care about the residents and it shows. Highly recommend for anyone looking for exceptional care and a home away from home."

Such a wonderful staff—kind, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile. I feel so grateful for the care my loved one receives here.

My father fractured his hip and came to Memorial Medical for physical rehabilitation. He also requires daily dialysis, and Fresenius has a contract with this facility, which made coordination much easier for our family. Overall, the hospitality and service here have been very good. My mother has been with my dad every day to advocate for him, especially as his dementia flared up during this experience. Throughout it all, communication has truly been key. Rosalind, the director, and Melissa, director of nursing have been excellent at listening to our concerns and were very quick to address and resolve anything that needed attention. We are also extremely grateful for Novelyn, Mireya, and Ms. Elsa — they have all been wonderful, caring, and supportive. Before coming here, I was honestly expecting the worst based solely on reviews. However, I’ve learned that forming opinions without firsthand experience or proper communication is not the best approach. Once concerns were voiced, they were taken seriously. Thank you to the staff for the care and professionalism shown to my father and our family during a very challenging time.
