I have several family members that are residents. I stopped in post Covid. Was glad to see all the residents very happy and staff very upbeat.
My mom is here... we both worked in nursing home for a lot of years... so we know how it works..... It is clean, my mom is happy.... she says they treat her good.... so long as she is happy, I'm happy.... a large % of our family, loved ones, and family friends have been residents in Menard manor...... so I would say its GOOD.....
The caregivers that work here really care about the residents in this home. Many are family to them but everyone is treated with the same respect and care
