MID VALLEY NURSING & REHABILITATION

So beyond disappointed at half of the care here. The night shift here is beyond horrible!!! They never fail to disappoint plenty of mistake they let slip through the cracks and are always fighting and talking back to patients extremely rude and unprofessional! Horrible care! “Nurse” Mary if she even is a nurse is extremely rude, inappropriate, and unprofessional. Her attitude is absolutely disgusting here. Think more than twice before sending a loved one here the headaches and stressed caused are beyond unnecessary for the “care” administered here just awful!

As i walked in i was greeted with smiles and had someone help me with no hesitation with quick and friendly service. My mom has been there about 6 months and everyone is so friendly and makes my mother feel at home. Staff is always on top of things and are always there for any questions or concerns i have. Thank you so much for your exceptional service.

The staff and nurses are kind, attentive, and genuinely care about the residents. Everyone is welcoming and makes sure people feel comfortable and supported. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for great care.
