This place is amazing. The workers and staff go above and beyond treating residents as family. I Truly feal secure when out of town knowing they treating her like family.The activities are wonderful and keep them involved. My mother always raves that the food is great.

My MOTHER JUST MOVE OUT OF MUSTANG CREEK ,MCKENZi THE ED TOLD ME IT WOULD BE 24 HOUR CARE ,BUT WHEN MY MOTHER GOT THERE WASNT NO 24 HOUR CARE SHE JUST WANTED MY MONEY ,NO FRUIT , MY MOTHER GET THE SAME MEAL EVER WEEK WHO ORDERS THE FOOD HERE ?ALL SHE DO IS CARE ABOUT SALES SHE WAS ON HER CELLPHONE PHONE DURING MY TOUR SO RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL , DO NOT RECOMMEND !

If I could give this facility a zero star I would - Mom lived there for 7 days before she fractured her back in the facility - we vacated immediately and agreed to term the contract for what was paid up front and prorate - once the room was cleared they claimed a misunderstanding and charged 30 days from that date - never provided an explanation to her fractured back and knowing we moved immediately to save her funds but they only wanted her out to have the room to rent while they refused to respond to any communications about the matter until it went to collections - total paid over $8000 for 7 days in that facility. DO NOT PUT YOUR FAMILY MEMBER HERE WHAT They've DONE TO A RETIRED 79 yr old school teacher is worse than ethically WRONG And the ZERO communication after sending phone calls and emails is not the way a business that is ethically sound should be ran - YOUR LOVED ONE DESERVES BETTER than an organization that only cares about money At Shary Henderson below is completely correct in her statement - they do NOT HONOR the notice - and don't believe their response that due to HIPAA they can't respond - they can't respond because they are wrong and only want money and to take advantage of the elderly in need - RUN DONT WALK AWAY FROM MUSTANG CREEK UNLESS YOU ARE SURE YOU HAVE THOUSANDS TO LOSE
