New Haven Assisted Living has such a warm and homey vibe — you can truly feel the care and comfort the moment you walk in. The residents all seemed happy and well taken care of, and the environment felt inviting and peaceful. The administrator, Roxanne, was incredibly helpful and took the time to answer all of my questions. You can tell she genuinely cares about the residents and their families. Highly recommend!

I have had a very pleasant experience living here. The staff is kind, gentle, and well trained. I am on a special diet and the chef is kind enough to prepare my meals to fit my need. The staff ensure that I get my showers, medications, and meals on time.

I can not give New Haven enough credit for everything they do. My mom has been at this facility for over a year and each and EVERY staff member has become family, I couldn’t ask for my mom to be in better hands! When i did my tour alittle over a year ago I knew from the moment we walked in this was her home, the staff that day greeted us and Roxanne is amazing. Roxanne has shown us what it means to be involved with the patient care and the family as well. The facility is always clean and never have I had a complaint from my mom. Mandi and Nancy have always shown the best care as well. The caregivers treat the patients as if they are family and it means the world to me to know that my loved one is taken care of so well and not to mention loved❤️❤️. I would recommend New Haven to anyone that wants to be at ease on where their loved one is.
